Before the city wakes, somewhere high above it, a mountain is already giving water away. It moves through the forest and over the stone, and it asks for nothing. We only climbed high enough to listen.

Alpine

Begin where the air thins and the mountains keep their silence. Everything up here is slower, colder and clearer than it is below.

Origin

Every drop has an address. Ours is a waterfall deep in the forest, uphill enough to be left alone.

Spring

Water that arrives on its own, cold and unhurried, long before anyone thought to give it a name.

Sourced

Chosen, not collected. A year and a half of searching, so that what reaches your glass still tastes of where it began.

We went higher.

Streams near villages are shared and worked every day. The first samples came from them, and none held what Aman was hoping for: the freshness, the fragrance of the mountains, the crispness of moss in the water.

So he kept climbing, toward a waterfall. One deep in the forest, far enough uphill to belong to no one.

Where it belongs.

  • At the table

One bottle among the glassware, in place of something louder.

  • On the trail

Cold from the first sip, the way water tastes after a climb.

  • After the effort

For when the training is done and the body asks for something clean.
